The effect is a radial blur, centered on the hand of the Iron Doll. I thought the effect would mesh in nice with the sparce lighting and swaying of the ambidextrous Judicator's hair and dress.

hmm very interesting effect! looks great on the golem (bot ??)..

the judicator (if it is one) could be a bitter sharper though

the blue and black gives great atmosphere! well chosen

I'll upload an edit over this one where the judicator is sharper, but it doesn't really make a difference because the darkness drowns alot of features. :)

The Iron Doll is most definitely a "bot", or mecha, from before the Meltdown.

Ok, new version is up now. Just noticed that the colors get accross a bit stronger that way. A typical example of " less is more".
